據(jù)歐盟食品安全局（EFSA）消息，1月26日歐盟食品安全局發(fā)布2016年細(xì)菌耐藥性報(bào)告與人畜共患病報(bào)告手冊(cè)。
在歐盟2003/99/EC指令與2013/652/EU2016實(shí)施決定的框架下，細(xì)菌耐藥性報(bào)告為匯報(bào)產(chǎn)肉動(dòng)物與食品的細(xì)菌耐藥性提供指導(dǎo)，有助實(shí)現(xiàn)成員國(guó)匯報(bào)細(xì)菌耐藥性的統(tǒng)一與協(xié)調(diào)，確保數(shù)據(jù)的相關(guān)性，令數(shù)據(jù)分析更為容易。該手冊(cè)主要適用于沙門(mén)氏菌、彎曲桿菌和空腸彎曲桿菌，以及應(yīng)報(bào)告的動(dòng)物種群、食物類(lèi)別。人畜共患病手冊(cè)涵蓋了歐盟食品安全局現(xiàn)有數(shù)據(jù)收集系統(tǒng)中所有人畜共患病以及病原。

This manual provides guidance for reporting antimicrobial resistance under the framework of Directive 2003/99/EC and Implementing Commission Decision 2013/652/EU in food-producing animals and foodstuffs derived thereof. The objective is to harmonise and streamline the reporting made by the Member States to ensure that the antimicrobial resistance data collected are relevant and easy to analyse at the European unio level.
